The grant will support research for his dissertation, “'Living on the Edge of Survival': Ceramics and Ecology in the American West, 1961-2000.”

The Andrew W. Mellon Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowship Program aims to make a critical impact on American art museums by expanding the diversity of their curatorial staff.
