The UCSB Department of the History of Art & Architecture is hosting a trip to The Broad in Los Angeles for its undergraduates on February 3, 2017. Students will tour the museum and the exhibition Creature, an installation of selected works from The Broad’s permanent collection, with Curatorial Assistant Sarah Loyer.

Students interested in the trip must sign up with Carole Paul, Director of the HAA Undergraduate Major Emphasis in Museum Studies by January 20 in person, to sign trip waivers. Space is limited; priority will be given on a first come basis and to Museum Studies students.

In addition to this trip, Sarah Loyer will give a talk on January 13 at 3:00 PM in Arts 1332. NOTE: Lecture attendance is mandatory for students participating in The Broad tour with Sarah on February 3 and students will be able to sign up for the Broad trip at Sarah Loyer’s lecture.
