Aleesa Pitchamarn Alexander Awarded Center for Craft, Creativity & Design Research Grant

Aleesa Pitchamarn Alexander, Ph.D. Candidate, has been awarded a Graduate Research Grant from the Center for Craft, Creativity, and Design to help fund research for her dissertation, "Touristic Visions: Exhibiting Self-Taught and Black Folk Art.” Her dissertation concerns the exhibition and display of self-taught and black folk art from the post-war period.
